[Abstract]Meniere'sdisease（MD）isacommoninnereardisorder characterizedbyvertigoandisrecognizedasoneof the diseases for which Chinesemedicinehastherapeuticadvantages.Focusedonthecolateral diseasetheory，thisarticlehasexplored itsapplicationinthestageddiferentiationandtreatmentofMD.DuringtheacuteatackphaseofMD，theprimarypaternsare wind-firedisturbingupwardwithconstrictionofbraincollteralsandphlegm-turbidityobscuringupwardwithbloodstasisinbrain colaterals.Tetreatmentemphasizesunblocking，targetingtheconstrictionandbloodstasisinbraincolaterals，andcliicaly formulassuchasTianmaGouteng Drink，Shaoyao Gancao Decoction，ZexieDecoctionandErchenDecoctionarecomonlyused. Duringthechronicremissionphase，themainpaternsareliver-spleendisharmonywithqistagnationinbraincolaterals，liver kidneyyindeficiencywithdeficiencyandstagnationinbraincolaterals，andsplee-kidneyyangdeficiencywithmalnutrionof braincollteals.etreamentfouseotonficatioddressngtedeficiencyndsagationoalutritionibaineals， andclinicallormulassuchasTongxieYaoorula，ZuoguiPil，ZhnuecoctionndLingguiZuganecoctionareooly prescribed.Thestageddiferentiationandtreatmentapproachbasedonthecolateraldiseasetheoryprovidesnewinsightsand protocolsfortheChinese medicinetreatmentofD，helping toimproveclinicalficacyandenhancequalityoflifeof patients.
