[Abstract]Pain-anxietycomorbidityisaconditioncharacterizedbythecoexistenceof chronicpainandanxiety.Thetheory of"yang transformsintoqi，yinformsintoshape"explainsthebodysmaterialandfunctionalaspects，andthemechanismofthis diseasecanbeexplainedbytheinsuficiencyof"yangtransformsintoqiandtheexcessof"yinformsintoshape".Tuinaoffers significantpotentialforeatingthedsease.Basedontistory，tepapertheoreticallyexplorestefundamentalsoftereatent of pain-anxietycomorbiditiesusingtuinatechniquessuchaskneading torelaxmuscles，pressingtorelievepainandruingto promotebloodcirculation，alongsideexercises toaleviateanxiety.Bycombiningthesemanipulationandexercisetechiques，the treatmentaims toregulatefoandqi，balanceyinandyang，andultimatelysuppesspainandreduceanxietyprovidinganovel approach for clinical treatment of pain-anxiety comorbidity.
