[Abstract]Thetheoryof"qicirculation"representsHUANGYuanyu'sinheritanceanddevelopmentoftheconceptsof Qimonismandharmonybetweenhumanandnature.Itformsathinking modelcenteredoncentralqiastheaxis，pivoting thefourphases，toelucidatehuman lifeactivities，diseasepathogenesis，andgudedisease treatment.Combining thesymptoms ofconstipation-predominantiritablebowelsyndrome（BS-C），itisproposedhattherotcauseliesinthedisorderofcentral axisqimovement，withthecriticalinksmanifestedasGengjinBuchuan（dysfunctionoflungandlargeintestineqitrasiion） andMuyuJinni （liverqistagnationwithupwardrebellionoflungqi）.Thedepletionofyangrotandyinessenceare contributigfactorstothechronicityofthecondition，closelyassociatedwithqimovementdisorder，dampnessinthemiddle jiao，andintestinaldryness.Thispaperhassummarized’themethodsoftreating IS-Cfromtheperspectivesofqidampess， anddrynes，aimingtorestoretheascendinganddescendingfunctionsofthecentralaxisqimovement，promotethecircular rotationofthefourphases，ensurethesmothcirculationofqi，andmoisturizeandpromotethedescentofthelargeintestine.

便秘型腸易激綜合征（constipation-predominantirritablebowelsyndrome，IBS-C）是腸易激綜合征的常見分型之一，表現(xiàn)為與排便相關(guān)的反復(fù)發(fā)作的腹痛，伴有排便頻率和糞便性狀的改變，至少 25% 的糞便為Bristol糞便性狀量表中的1＼～2型，6＼～7型少于 25%[1 。（剩余7982字）
