[Abstract]Objective Toanalyze thequalityof Houpo Decoction-ready Medicines basedonvarious dataanalysissoftwares， andtoestablishacomprehensivescoringmechanism forthequality gradestandardof decoction-readymedicines.Methods Measure was madeon17batches of Houpo Decoction-ready Medicinesfromthe market fortheirappearancetraits，alcoholextract， ash，magnololiolsginagodatileposswaresedfoelaial data，combinedwithSIMCA14.1softwareforprincipalcomponentanalysisandorthogonalpartialleastsquaresdiscriminant analysis （OPLS-DA）toscreenthediferenceindexesafectingtheirquality.Thecomprehensivequalitygradeevaluationsystemof Houpo Decoction-ready Medicines was established using the analytic hierarchy process combined with K -valuecluster analysis. ResultsStatisticalanalysisofthecollectedindexdatafindsoutthatthediferenceindexesofHoupo（MagnoliaOffcinalis）were determined as L* ， b* ，magnolol，and extract.Houpo Decoction-ready Medicinescould be divided into three grades inaccordance withthetotalscoreswiththefrstgrade>11Opoints，thesecondgrade90-11Opoints，andthethirdgrade9Opoints.Conclusion Theestablishedcomprehensivescoring mechanismcanefectivelydistinguishthequalityofdiferentHoupoDecoction-ready Medicies and providescientific basis for the formulation ofquality grade standardsof decoction-ready medicines.
