Abstract： Intermediate shaft renewal in ship repair involves multiple technologies， with flange alignment of new shafts and hydraulic coupling restoration being particularly complex.Taking the intermediate shaft renewal of MV "Teresa Bellington" as a case study，this paper addresss solutions for fange alignment and hydraulic coupling repair. The proposed methods ensure proper operation of the renewed intermediate shaft and restore the scored hydraulic coupling to meet quality standards for repeated disassembly/reassembly.

1 引言

“達(dá)麗莎·貝靈通”是一條希臘散貨船，推進(jìn)軸系包含螺旋槳軸、中間軸和螺旋槳，其中螺旋槳為定距槳，螺旋槳軸與中間軸采用液壓聯(lián)軸節(jié)聯(lián)接，中間軸法蘭與主機(jī)飛輪端法蘭采用液壓螺栓聯(lián)接，但中間軸法蘭與主機(jī)飛輪端法蘭外徑不一樣。（剩余4647字）
