Research on Application of Stud Welding in Immersed Tunnel Projects

Abstract: This study addresses technical challenges in high-density stud cluster welding for stel-concrete composite structures in immersed tunnel enginering.Systematic research was conducted on stud welding process optimization, quality control, and engineering applications.Design of experiments was adopted to optimize welding parameters,effectively resolving quality issues such as arc blow deflection, necking defects,and porosity. A comprehensive quality management system covering pre-weld preparation, in-process control, and postweld inspection was established, significantly improving welding reliability. The outcomes provide a systematic technical solution for high-density stud welding in subsea tunnels,demonstrating substantialvalue for similar major engineering projects.

1 引言
近年來(lái),伴隨著鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,螺柱焊在工程建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越多,沉管隧道同樣采用鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu),因沉入海底,對(duì)焊接技術(shù)有了更高要求:一方面因長(zhǎng)期承受海底腐蝕、高壓及復(fù)雜荷載的影響,結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的需求更高了;另一方面因數(shù)百萬(wàn)顆焊釘?shù)拇笠?guī)模焊接,焊接速率需要達(dá)到更高水平。(剩余4373字)
