Abstract:Laser-arc hybrid welding,asanovel high-efficiency process,offers high productivityand effective control of welding distortion,making it highly suitable for thin-plate joining innaval products.This studyconducts laser-arc hybrid welding on EH36 steel plates, investigating the efects of heat source positioning sequence,current type,arc current,laser power,welding speed,and defocus distance on welding efficiency and weld formation. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints are analyzed, with recommended parameters proposed.

1 引言
