Abstract: This paper presents the overall planning and implementation of the towing scheme for the "Nankun" largeoffshore wave energy power generation device.The towing scheme was determined through technicalanalyses, including calculations of towing resistance,stability,and strength.For complex towing environments such as docks,inland rivers,and open seas,direct towing by ocean tugboats was employed.Three tugboats were utilized for offshore shifting and anchoring of the device,enabling rapid completion of ofshore anchoring and tow-release operations.This approach simplified the towing process,reduced operational difficulty and costs,and achieved fast and economical towing of the device.The proposed scheme provides a reference for towing similar large and irregular offshore installations.
