Abstract: The decommissioned Zhanjiang Warship placement project is the world's first offshore mooring project for an unpowered vessel in a coastal typhoon-prone area,designed to withstand Category 17 typhoons and achieve a 40-year service lifespan.This paper analyzes construction risks and proposes mitigation measures for key phases,including structuralreinforcement modifcations beneath thedeck,instalationofdeckequipment,fabrication and driving of anchor piles,ballast and anchor chain installation,towing the vessel through shallow and narrow chanels into the harborbasin,and final mooring operations.The findings oferreferences and insights forsimilar offshore mooring projects.

1 引言
退役湛江艦安置工程是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的海洋工程項(xiàng)目,其設(shè)計(jì)需確??古_(tái)風(fēng)能力達(dá)到17級(jí),使用壽命達(dá)到40年,這對(duì)工程的設(shè)計(jì)、施工以及后續(xù)維護(hù)提出了嚴(yán)苛的要求。(剩余4421字)
