Research on Installation Process of Type C Liquid Cargo Tanks for a Multipurpose Gas Carrier

Abstract： This study focuses on the installation process and quality risk mitigation for Type C liquid cargo tanks of a multipurpose gas carrier. It details the installation procedures， production preparations， critical considerations，precise positioning，and epoxy pouring，aiming to ensure compliance with technical requirements and smooth construction progress.Results demonstrate that strict processcontrol andrational auxiliary tooling designcan effectively guarantee safe hoisting，accurate positioning，and quality asurance of low-temperature-resistant epoxy pouring for the tanks.
