Lightweight Outfitting Design for Aluminum Alloy High-Speed Vessels

Abstract: Weight control is a critical factor in enhancing the speed performance of aluminum alloy high-speed vessels,with the outfiting system accounting fora significant proportion of the lightweight displacement.This study systematically addresss lightweight design strategies for vessel interiors from three perspectives: material selection for outfitting components,optimization of interior equipment,and structural configuration of outfitting systems. The proposed measures effectively reduce outfiting weight while maintaining functional requirements,thereby improving vesselspeedandoperational efciency.Through these technical measures,the interior outfiting Weight has been effectively reduced, thereby achieving optimized enhancement in the speed performance of aluminum alloy high-speed vessels.
