Lightweight Outfitting Design for Aluminum Alloy High-Speed Vessels

Abstract： Weight control is a critical factor in enhancing the speed performance of aluminum alloy high-speed vessels，with the outfiting system accounting fora significant proportion of the lightweight displacement.This study systematically addresss lightweight design strategies for vessel interiors from three perspectives： material selection for outfitting components，optimization of interior equipment，and structural configuration of outfitting systems. The proposed measures effectively reduce outfiting weight while maintaining functional requirements，thereby improving vesselspeedandoperational efciency.Through these technical measures，the interior outfiting Weight has been effectively reduced， thereby achieving optimized enhancement in the speed performance of aluminum alloy high-speed vessels.

鋁合金高速船的市場(chǎng)需求量在不斷增加，提高航速有利于縮短旅客的行程時(shí)間、有利于救助船、消防船快速進(jìn)行海上救援、有利于緝私船進(jìn)行高效緝私、有利于引航船完成高效引航、有利于風(fēng)電運(yùn)維船更高效率、更低成本解決海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的交通、運(yùn)維及值守等問(wèn)題。（剩余4872字）
