摘 要:甲醇雙燃料系統(tǒng)在布置、系統(tǒng)配置、控制及安全等方面,與傳統(tǒng)的船用燃油系統(tǒng)差異顯著,本文基于36000t多用途船對其甲醇燃料系統(tǒng)燃料艙的布置、主機特性、甲醇供給系統(tǒng)中的低閃點燃料供給系統(tǒng)、燃料閥組單元、氮氣吹掃系統(tǒng)等方面進行了綜合分析,可為同類型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供參考。

Brief Analysis of Methanol Fuel System Design for
36 000 t Multipurpose Ship
Abstract: Aiming at the challenges of system design, layout, environmental protection, and control safety in adopting methanol as a marine fuel, this study investigates the main engine selection, equipment arrangement, system configuration, methanol tank layout, and safety control system for a 36 000 t multipurpose ship. The results demonstrate that through rational system design and calculation, the methanol gas supply system can be safely and efficiently applied on ships, providing critical insights for the development of similar vessels.

1 引言
目前常用船用燃油較難滿足SOX、NOX、CO2等環(huán)保排放要求,在眾多的可替代燃料中,甲醇以其商業(yè)與技術(shù)上的優(yōu)勢正脫頻而出,并隨著甲醇產(chǎn)量的增加,日益受到各大航運公司的青睞。(剩余5580字)
