茶文化的育人功能融入峨眉養(yǎng)生與健康課程教學(xué)改革研究

摘要：中國茶文化源遠流長，是中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的一部分。在峨眉養(yǎng)生與健康課程教學(xué)過程中，充分挖掘中國茶文化的內(nèi)涵價值、育人價值和思政功能，以此來促進學(xué)生相關(guān)課程的學(xué)習(xí)，弘揚和繼承茶文化和養(yǎng)生文化，樹立學(xué)生文化自信心，提高學(xué)生綜合素養(yǎng)，以達到“立德樹人”的育人目標(biāo)。

The educational function of tea culture is integrated into the teaching reform of Emei Health Preservation and Health

Abstract： Chinese tea culture has a long history and is a part of China's excellent traditional culture. In the teaching process of Emei Health Preservation and Health， fully tap the connotation value， educational value and ideological and political function of Chinese tea culture， so as to promote students' learning of relevant courses， carry forward and inherit Tea culture and health preservation culture， build students' cultural self-confidence， improve students' comprehensive quality， and achieve the educational goal of "building morality and cultivating people".
