Abstract: Soil health is criticalforensuring foodsecurityandsustainable agriculturaldevelopment.Thequantity andquality of soilaggegatesarekeyindicators forevaluatingsoil health.Inorder toinvestigate theefectsofco-applicationof extracellularpolysaccaride-producingBacilusmegateriumFandorganicmaterialsonsoilaggregates,soilutrintsand itspotentialforsoilimprovementandaplication,F(xiàn)1fermentationbrothorganicmaterialsandtheircombinationare appliedseparatelytosoilforcultivation.Asoilaggregateanalyzer isused toassesschanges inthecontentofwater-stable aggregates.Soilalkaline hydrolyzablenitrogen,availablephosphorus,available potassum,organic mater,and soil polysaccharides are determinedusing thealkalinediffsion method,molybdenum-antimonyanti-spectrophotometryflame atomic absorptionspectrophotometrypotassiumdichromate dilutionmethod,andanthrone sulfatecolorimetricmethod, respectively.Principal component analysis (PCA)is employed tocomprehensively evaluate the soil improvement ffectsof F1fermentation brothandorganicmaterials.TheresultsshowthatF1fermentation broth significantlypromotes soil aggregate formation,andthecombinedapplicationofF1fermentation broth withorganicmaterialsenhances both soil fertilityand theformationand stabityofsoilaggregates.After42daysofcultivation,thetreatmentwithF1fermentation broth and different organic materials increase the total content of water-stable aggregates by 41.08%~41.80% ,reduce the fractal dimension by 14.55%~15.32% ,and raise the levels of soil alkaline nitrogen by 12.09%~38.25% ,available phosphorus by 88.17%~241.10% ,available potassium by 74.79%~421.06% ,organic matter by 53.15%~108.01% 。(剩余14436字)
