[Abstract]Succinylationisapost-translationalmodificationprocessthatplaysacrucialroleinregulatingproteinstructure andfunctionandisimplicatedinthepathogenesisofvariousdiseases.Emergingevidencesugeststhatsucinlationcontributesto tumorprogresionbymodulating metabolicreprogrammingandinfuencingtheexpresionof targetproteingenes.Thesealeratioscan significantlyimpacttumordevelopmentandprogresio.Tiseviewimstosummarizethemechanisticoleofsuccylationinorgenesis,providing insights into itspotential asa biomarker forcancer diagnosisandatargetfortherapeutic intervention.

翻譯后修飾(Post-translational modification,PTM)是對(duì)翻譯后蛋白質(zhì)中氨基酸側(cè)鏈的共價(jià)修飾,可通過(guò)調(diào)控蛋白質(zhì)的折疊、活性、穩(wěn)定性、定位、信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)和結(jié)合來(lái)擴(kuò)大蛋白質(zhì)功能的多樣性[1]。(剩余9772字)
