[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore theapplicationof thre-dimensionalultrasoundintheevaluationof perforatorartery beforeanterolateralmoralperforatorflaptransplantatininelderlypatints.MethodsFromOOto02,Optientsitanterate alfemoralperforatorflaptransplantationatWuxiNo.9People'sHospitalAfiliatedtoSoochowUniversitywererandomlydividednto twogroups:ultrasoundgroupandtheCTAgroupeachhad3Ocases.Theimagequality,thediameterof theperforatorarterymeasured beforeoperationandtheactualdiameterduringoperation,theincidenceofcomplicationsandtheconditionofoperationwereompared betwenthetwogroups.ResultsTheimagequalityoftheultrasoundgroup wassignificantlybeterthanthatoftheCTAgroup( P< (204號(hào) 0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameter of the perforating artery between the two groups( P>0.05 ).The incidence of complications in the ultrasound group was significantly lower than that in the CTA group( P<0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the location and incidence of donor area between the two groups( P>0.05 ).The survival rate of skin flap in the ultrasound group was higher than that in the CTA group( P<0.05 ),and the reoperation rate in the ultrasound group waslower than that in the CTA group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound has more acurate measurement value and higher image qualityntheevauationofperforatorterybeforeanterolateralfmralpfoatorfaptransplatation,soitisortyofcalaplcation.
