Abstract:Underthebackgroundofagricultural modernization,itisveryimportanttocultivatecompoundapplied agriculturaltalentswithsolidprofessionalknowledge,practicalabilityandgoodideologicalandpoliticalaccomplishent.In ordertocharacterizethedrivingeffectofideologyandpoliticsinrice-relatedcoursesonthecultivationofcomposite appliedtalents,thisstudyselectedjuniorstudentsmajoringinagricultureandanalyzedvariousindicatorsof985 universies,211universitiesanddoublenon-universitygroupsbyusing theAstineducationmodel.Thetestscoresof985 universitygroup,211l universitygroupand double non-experimental group were96points,92 pointsand83 points respectively. The satisfaction rate of employers in the 985 university group was 85.7% ,that in the 211 university group was 80.6% ,and that in the double non-university group was 79.3% .The results show that the ideological and political constructionofricecurriculumcanefectivelydrivethegrowthanddevelopmentofcompoundappiedtalents.Theresearch providesanempiricalbasisfortheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofagriculturalcoursesandprovidesdataand theoretical support for optimizing the personnel training model.
