Abstract： Zhongjalongeng-7oo3 isanewcold-regionjaponcaricevarietydevelopedbyJiamusiLonggngSeedIndustryCo.td， throughhybridizationwithLongsheng-Oo64asthefemaleparentandDongnong-429asthemaleparent，andselectedbypedigree method.ThisvarietywasapprovedbytheCrop VarietyApproval（Certfication）CommiteeofHeilongjiang ProviceinO3andis suitableforcultivationinthesecondtemperatezoneofHeilongjiangProvince.During itspromotionandapplication，ithas demonstratedcharacteristicssuchashighqualityhighyield，longpanicles，largenumberofgrainsperpanicle，highrateofwhole polished ric，andgood diseaseresistance.Thekeypints ofitsculivationtechiquesare introducedfrom aspectssuchassowing， transplanting， fertilizer and water management，and pest and disease control.
