Abstract:Asanimportantglobalfoodcrop,diseasemanagementofriceisof greatsignificance forensuringfoodsecurity. Theresearchaims toreview theapplication progressofyeastone hybridandsubcelularlocalization techniquesin screningpromoterinteractingproteinsofricediseaseresistancegenes,andexplorethepotentialofthesetechniquesin improvingricediseaseresistance.Byanalyzing theapplicationcasesof these technologies,guidancewillbe provided for futureresearchdirections,andnewstrategiesandmethodswillbeprovidedforricediseaseresistancebreding.The resultsindicatethatyeastonehybridtechnologyhashighsensivityandsimpleoperationinidentifyingspecificbinding proteinsof specificDNA sequences,whilesubcelular localizationtechnologyprovidesan important perspectivefor understanding protein function and its role in signal transduction pathways.
