Abstract：Inrecentyearseedbymultipleactorsriceplanthoperifestationhasoccurredfrequentlyandtovaryggresin Heilongjiang Province，whichhashadanon-negligibleimpactonthequalityandyieldof ice.Thispaperintroduces themain types， occurreneandhazardcharacteristicsofriceplanthoppers inHeilongjiangProvice，andproposesaseresofcomprehensivecotrol measuresfrothperspetiesofgricultralotrol，logicalcontrolndmicalontrol，ingtorovideaaanteefore healthy and sustainable development of the rice industry in Heilongjiang Province.
