Abstract：Smartagricultureisanadvanced formof modernagricultureandanimportantmeans toachieveruralrevitalizationand promotehigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopment.Itappliesmoder information technologiesandachievementssuchasbigdataand cloudcomputingtoagriculturalproduction，achievingprecisemanagement，intuitivediagnosisandinteligentdecisionmaking. Basedonin-depthresearch，thispapersummarizes thecurrntdevelopment satusofsmartagricultureinPanshanCountyandputs forwardthemainproblems，constraintsandcountermeasuresfacedbythelocaldevelopmentofsmartagriculture，aiming topromote thedevelopment ofsmart agriculture inPanshan Countyand enable smart agriculture to beter empower rural revitalization.

智慧農(nóng)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的高階形態(tài)，是賦予農(nóng)業(yè)智慧化的表現(xiàn)形式，具體表現(xiàn)為將大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和成果運(yùn)用于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)，依靠農(nóng)業(yè)專(zhuān)家存儲(chǔ)在知識(shí)庫(kù)或者相關(guān)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)上的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、具體數(shù)據(jù)等信息進(jìn)行推理、分析和計(jì)算，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)精準(zhǔn)管理、直觀(guān)診斷和智能決策。（剩余5785字）
