AbstractArenovation planonunmanned travellingcrane system was proposedand implemented toaddress the problemsof equipmentaging，lowoperationalficiencyandsafetyhazardsintheilingsdisposalplantofZijinoer'sconcentratorFul Π-Π （204號(hào) automaticunloadingandloadingcontroloftailingswasachievedthrough hardwareupgading，softwarefunctionintegrationand workflowoptimzation.Afterbeingputintooperation，thesystemdatashowstatthedailyloadingcapacityhasincreasedto.6ktand the return rate has decreased from 6.88% to 1.22% ， significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
