Production Process for Ultra-Thin High-Performance Tin-Phosphor Bronze Strips

Abstract Thepaper makesastudyof the keyproduction processof ultra-thin high-performance tin-phosphor bronze strip (C5210alloy)andproposesastrippreparatioprocess withathicknessofO045\~0.10mmthroughsystematicexperimentsanddata analysis. The results show that the strip products with tensile strength of ?830 MPa and surface hardness of ? HV230 can be obtained by optimizing various procedures and operations,including burdening ratio (outsourced old materials of ?50% ), smelting and casting (casting temperature of 1 180 C , casting speed of 155 mm/min), homogenizing annealing (670 Cx8.5 h) and rough rolling (size of 3.000 mm), intermediate rolling (size of 1.000mm )and finish rolling (size of 0.045 mm), etc.
