AbstractInresponse tothecomplex terrainandresourceocurencecharacteristicsofalargeopen-pitlithiumminein China， twotechnicall-feasible tansportationschemeshavebeenproposed：sheme1“road-vehicletransportation”andscheme“roadadit+ orepass”combindtransporatio.Tengineringcharacteristics，investmetostsndoperationalenefitsoftetohswere comparedandanalyzed.Aspresentedintheresearch，although scheme1showslowannualoperatingcost，itisconstrainedbyhigh initialinvestment（0540ooyuan）andlong-termcostamortizatio.Tepresentvalueof tsfullifecclecost（166775900yuan） issignificantlyhigherthanscheme2（867650Oyuan），withadiferenceof8OO180Oyuan.Therefore，amoreeconomicalroad vehiclescheme2（simpleinprocessandflexibleinoperation）isrecommendedtoprovidedecision-makigbasisfortheselectinof transportation schemes for similar high-altitude and deep-concave open-pit mines.
