AbstractAfullautomatictwisted-wire threadingrodequipmentfornickelanodeplatewasdesignedanddevelopedtoaddress theproblemsofloweficiencyhighsafetyhazards,ndunstableproductqualityinmanualoperationduringthepreparationof nickel anode plates.Theequipmentconsistsofcoreunitssuchaspositioningandfeding,automatictwisting,automaticrodthreadingand plateselection&disarging.ItdoptsaintellgensotingssteandROFEdistrbutedcontrolframework,ntegateddamic weighing,3D visual positioning,and mechanical arm linkage technology,and achieves the processobjectives of 90°(±1°) precise twistingofcopperwireandcoaxialthreadingofconductiverods(eror≤±.5mm)throughamulti-unitcolaborativecontrol architecture and high-precision servo drive technology.
