Innovative Research on the Second Classroom of New Era Application-oriented Universities under the OBE Concept

Abstract: In the process of vigorously implementing the education project of fostering virtue and nurturing talents in the new era,based on the OBE concept,application-oriented universities should adhere to the“outputoriented”approach,take the“second clasroom transcript”as the handle,and aim at cultivating talents that meet the needs of the new era’s development.They should strengthen planning and implementation management,center onstudents enhance the colaborative capabilities of multiple stakeholdersand multiple dimensions,increase the application of new quality productive forces,and expand openness to societyand industries,enhance the level of internationalization. Guided by the principle of continuous improvement,second clasroom management should achieve a complete cycle encompassing goal seting,planning,implementation,evaluation,and refinement, thereby effectively promoting the continuous optimization,innovation,and high-quality developmentof the second classroom in application-oriented universities.
