The Timeliness and Systematicity of the Moral Education and Talent Cultivation Project in the New Era

Abstract：Asa strategic measure to implementthe fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation，the moral education and talent cultivation project in thenew era has distinct contemporaneity and systematicity.Its contemporaneity is manifested in three aspects.First，itis guidedby Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Second，it is based on the importantconcept and mechanism of the“Great Ideological and Political Curiculum”.And third，the system is more completeand its content is richer. Its systematicity includes six aspects：the comprehensiveness of guiding ideology，the integrity of implementation effects，the aggregation of multiple contents，the dynamic balance of diverse methods，the synergy of multiple subjects，and the correlation of multiple elements.As an open，complex system and social engineering，the smooth implementation of moral education project in the new era requires a good grasp of five scales：political height，social breadth，historical thickness，world width，and time span.
