Research on Effect Evaluation of Undergraduate Tutoring System in Application-oriented Universities in Supporting Students’ Personalized Growth

Abstract: Based on the tracking survey data of a certain university’s undergraduate mentor system,it was found that there is a strong correlation betweenthe four variables of guiding ideology,guiding life,guiding employment,and guiding research in the work of undergraduate mentors.Empirical analysis results show that mentor guidance plays a keyrole in promoting personalized learningand growth of students,especially in diffrent dimensions of student moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education.To this end, it is proposed to further deepenthe connotation and methods of guiding ideologyin the work content and standards of undergraduate supervisors,strengthen therichness and practicality ofguiding life content,optimize the comprehensiveness of guiding employment and enhance synergy in guided research collboration,and improve the
evaluationand incentive mechanismof the mentor systemand continuously improve it at multiple levels,inorder to achieve the goal of improving education quality and promoting the comprehensive development of students.
