藥用黃精的栽培和產品開發(fā)研究進展

摘要 黃精是藥食兩用的藥材，具有補氣養(yǎng)陰、健脾、潤肺、益腎的功效。由于近年來需求量增長較快，致使野生黃精被過度挖掘，黃精野生資源減少，影響了黃精的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。綜述黃精繁育技術、人工栽培技術和產品開發(fā)研究進展，以期為今后黃精的開發(fā)和利用提供一定的參考依據。

Abstract The  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red. is a medicinal material for both medicine and food. It has the function of nourishing qi and Yin， invigorating spleen， moistening lung and nourishing kidney.Due to the rapid increase in demand in recent years， wild  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red. has been over-excavated， and the wild resources of  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red. have been reduced， which has affected the sustainable development of  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red.. This article reviews the breeding technology， artificial cultivation and product development of the  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red.， in order to provide the certain references for development and utilization of the  Polygonatum sibiricum  Red. in China.
