Research on the creation of rural plant landscapesunder the concept of new naturalistic planting

AbstractTheconnotation,theoreticalbasis,characteristics of the new naturalistic planting concept and its role in rural landcape construction were systematically explored.The creation goals of rural plant landscapesunder this conceptwereanalyzed.Basedon itscharacteristicsas theevaluation criteria,research andevaluationonrural plant landscapes suchas Wangyinggou Village,Lidukou Villageand Linfeng Vilage in Pingdingshan City,Henan Province wereconducted,and targeted landscapeconstructionstrategieswereputforward.New naturalisticplanting isa landscape design method based on theconcepts of nature,ecologyand plant aesthetics.It features a wide varietyof species,imitationof nature,highornamentalvalue,easymaintenanceand lowcost.In theconstruction of rural plant landscapes,itplaysarolein protecting biodiversityandregulatingthequalityof theecological environment.The new naturalistic planting concept is dedicated to creating plantlandscapes that are“eco-friendly”,“l(fā)ow-carbon and energysaving”,“l(fā)ow-maintenance”and“rustic aesthetic”.The research found that the rural plantlandscapein the study area neds furtherimprovementinaspectssuchasplantvarietydiversitynaturalaesthetics,ornamentalvalue,stabilityand maintenance diffculty.In response to these issues,strategies such as strengthening the selection and application of nativeplants,highlighting theaesthetic characteristicsofrural plants,creating highly ornamental landscapes,and buildingstable plantcommunities havebeen proposed.This article provides areference forthe development of rural plant landscapes.
