AbstractTo analysis plant diversity in parks green spaces Cangshan District,F(xiàn)uzhou City,F(xiàn)ujian Province, typical quadrat method wasused to investigate plant composition eight parksgreen spaces, including Chang'an Park Qingliang Park.Important values,diversity indices (Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index), Jaccard β similarity coefficient were calculated. The results showed that a total 304 plant species,including 197 woody species 107 herbaceous species were recorded.Among m,109 were native species,95 were domesticall introduced species, 1OO were eign introduced species.Species such as Camphora ffcinarum,Brousonetia papyrifera,Celtis sinensis, Koelreuteria elegansexhibited high importancevalues inboth tree shrub layers.The species richnessindices eight parks greenspaces ranged from1.97to 6.27.Except Chang'an Park,Qingliang Park, Gaogai Park,orparksgenerallyfollowed pattern tree species > shrub species.The plant diversity indices varied among different parks,with an overall trend herbaceousspecies > shrub species > tree species.The Jaccard β similarity coefficient among parks ranged fromO.08 toO.4O,indicating eir extremelylowormoderatelylowsimilaritylevels,withrelativelylowsimilarityin plant species composition,particularly between tree shrub layers,suggesting diverse plant configurations.The findings this studyprovideareference enhancing plant diversity scientificmanagement inurban parks green spaces in related regions.
