Abstract:Asan important formof naration,growth narrativecontainsabundant ideological andpolitical education resourcesand wisdom,and has unique advantages and functions in cultivating political identityand feelings offamilyand country,enhancingafinityand pertinenceof ideologicalandpolitical education,andoptimizing the supplyof ideological and political education resources.Itis important to focuson“I”and“we”in thenarrative subject,emphasize thedeep meaning of thegrowth narrative in thenarrative content,and pay attention to the effective connection between the design environmentand the generative situation in thenarative process.The strategyofoptimizing growth narative needs topay attention to the moderate tension between goal preseting and situational generation,thepotential conflictbetween instrumentalityandvalue,and theorganiccombinationbetween grand narrativeand smallnarrative,soas to achieve the unityof dominant and subjective,story and ideological, indoctrination and inspiration of growth narrative.
