Abstract：Theinheritanceandinnovationof traditional ChinesemedicinecultureandChinesemodemizationresonateinthe samefrequencylectingtheoexistenceofhistoryandmodemityndtecomplementarityofitegrityandinnovatioFrothe perspectiveof"twocombinations"，theinherianceandinnovationoftraditionalChinesemedicinecultureisatwo-wayinteraction betweenMarxsbasicprinciplesandChina’sconcreterealityandexcellnttraditionalChineseculture，whichrequirestwocombinationstoconsolidatethetheoreticalandpracticalfoundationof traditionalChinesemedicineculture.Fromtheperspectiveof "new qualityproductivity"，itisvividpracticeofdevelopingtraditionalChinesmedicinecultureineprocssofrefoandiovatio. Itisnecessarytopromotetheinovationof traditionalChinesemedicinecultureandbuildaewtypeoftraditionalChinesemedicine culture.Fomthedimensionof"high-qualitydevelopment"，itisthekeytoconsolidatethedevelopmentmomentumoftraditioal Chinesemedicineculture.Itisnecessrytoempowerthehigh-qualtydevelopmentoftraditional Chinese medicineculturewithdigital technologyandbuildasolid technicalguarante forthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftraditional Chinese medicineculture.
