AbstractObjectiveTo study the secondary metabolites produced by Aspergillus sp.MDKFD-13 from spiny snail inBeibu Gulf and itsantioxidant activity,andtoobtain activesecondary metabolites with noval structures. MethodsRice solid medium was used to ferment the strain,and ethyl acetate was used to extract the fermentation product; A variety of chromatographic methods,such as normal and reverse phase ODs (octadecylsilyl) column chromatographyandsemi-preparative liquid,were used for separation and purification; The structures ofthe isolated compounds were identified by mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and physicochemical properties; The antioxidant activity of the compounds was tested bythe DPPH method.ResultsEleven compounds (1\~11) were identified from Aspergilus sp.MDKFD-13.Compound1 was isolated from nature with theNMR data reported for the first time. The other 10 compounds were identified as 2-( E, E-3, 5-heptadienyl)-3,6-dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl) benzaldehyde (2),2-( E -3-heptenyl)-5-isopentenyl-3,6-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (3), isotetrahydroauroglaucin (4),2- (E,E-1,3-eptadienyl)-3,6-dydrox-5-(3-methyl--butenyl)benzaldehyde (5),methyllioleate (6),spretin, (20 (2R) -2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl 2-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoate (8),4-hydroxyphenyl2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate (9), ethyl-( S) -4-(2,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbenzoxy)benzoate (10),and diaportheins A (11). Compounds 2\~6 had antioxidant activity, and their IC50 values were 15.4,16.5,20.2,11.5, and 11.1μmol/L ,respectively. Conclusion Eleven compounds were isolated from Aspergilus sp.MDKFD-13 from the spiny snail in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi. Compound 1 was a new natural product, while compounds 2\~6 showed significant antioxidant activity.
