數(shù)字技術(shù)賦能農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展：現(xiàn)實(shí)困境與破解之策

摘  要：數(shù)字技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村中的應(yīng)用為農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入新的動(dòng)力。該文通過(guò)深入剖析數(shù)字技術(shù)在江蘇省戴莊村由貧困村翻身變模范村歷程中的賦能作用，進(jìn)一步探索數(shù)字技術(shù)推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理，并提出新一代數(shù)字技術(shù)賦能農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的政策支持策略。

Abstract： The application of digital technology in agriculture and rural areas has injected new impetus into the high-quality development of agriculture. By in-depth analysis of the enabling role of digital technology in the transformation of Daizhuang Village from a poor village to a model village in Jiangsu Province， this paper further explores the mechanism of digital technology in promoting high-quality agricultural development， and proposes policy support strategies for a new generation of digital technology to empower high-quality agricultural development.
