Abstract：Inorder to explorethedevelopmentplanning pathwaysofthenew energyindustry underthe“dualcarbon”goals， thispaperanalyzestheimportanceofpromoting thedevelopmentof thenewenergy industryintermsofreducinggreenhouse gas emissions，promoting economic development，and ensuring energysupply.Itidentifies thedevelopment oportunities brought bypolicysupport，marketdemand，ndtechnological innovation.Theanalysissuggests thatinthecontextof “dualcarbon”，inordertoachievethesustainabledevelopmentofthenewenergyidustry，itisnecessarytostrengthen technologicalinnovation，promoteindustrialchaincollboration，improvemarketmechanisms，andfurtherintensifypolicy support.
