Abstract：Inorder to effctivelycontrol theopen-air burning of crop straw，reduce thegenerationof smokeand dust pollutants，andwinthebatleagainstairpolution，county-levelpeople'sgovernmentsshoulddesignateareas whereopenairburningof straw isprohibitedandstrengthenthecomprehensiveutilizationofstraw.Inthiscontext，thespecialplan forcomprehensiveutilizationof straw innationallandspacehas emerged.Itis necessary tocombinethecurent situation of straw comprehensiveutilization in Hunan province，explorethe optimization path of straw comprehensiveutilization， formulateaspecial planforstrawcomprehensiveutilizationofnationalland space，clarifythecontentofthespecial plan， and further promote the green，eficient，high-quality，high-value and large-scale utilizationof straw.
