Abstract: In recent years,global water polutionhas become increasinglysevere,and traditional waterquality testing methodscannot timelyand accurately reflectthestateof water polution.Microbial detection technology hasbecomean importanttoolinthefieldfwaterqualitymontoringduetoitsigheficiency,sensitivityandreal-timeperformane.This paperintroduces severalcommonlyusedmicrobiological testing techniques,analyzes thefactors thatafectthequalityof microbiological testing,such as testing equipmentandtesting environment,and proposes coresponding qualitycontrol measures.Overall,itisesarytrictlyotrolteualityfmplecollectiosureprofessonalismofting operationproces,and strengthenthequalitycontrolof waterqualitytesting results.Research hasshownthatthescientific useof microbialdetection technologycanefectively improve theacuracyof waterqualitymicrobial detection,providing scientific support for water environment monitoring and water pollution control.
