Abstract：While water resources developmentpromotes economic growth，ithas profound impacts onaquatic ecosystems. This papersystematicallyanalyzes thechanges inhydrological processes，waterenvironmentalquality，andecosystem response mechanismscausedbyhydraulicengineeringconstruction，and establishesanenvironmentalimpactasessment index systemandquantification methods for water resourcesdevelopment.Inresponse todiferent typesof ecological damage，restorationtechnologysolutions including ecological baseflowregulation，ecologicalcorridorconstruction，and habitatreconstructionareproposed，providing technical support forachieving coordinated development between water resources development and ecosystem protection.
