工業(yè)智能化背景下高校虛擬智慧實(shí)驗(yàn)室的構(gòu)建
——以安徽理工大學(xué)為例

摘要:通過(guò)探索校企深度合作機(jī)制,基于渦北選煤廠等工礦企業(yè)一線數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建虛擬智慧實(shí)驗(yàn)室,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)煤炭分選流程的場(chǎng)景模擬、對(duì)分選設(shè)備運(yùn)維問(wèn)題的智能識(shí)別以及對(duì)煤炭分選效果的優(yōu)化。實(shí)踐證明,實(shí)驗(yàn)室的構(gòu)建不僅提升了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)一線數(shù)據(jù)的教學(xué)價(jià)值,還豐富了校企聯(lián)動(dòng)和產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的實(shí)踐內(nèi)涵。

Construction of Virtual Smart Laboratories In UniversitiesUnder the Background of Industrial Intelligence

Abstract:Through exploring the mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,a virtual smart laboratory based on the frontline data of industrial and mining enterprises such as the Guo Bei Coal Preparation Plant has been constructed.This laboratory achieves scene simulation of coal sorting process,intelligent identification of operation and maintenance issues of sorting equipment,and optimization of coal sorting effects.Practice has proven that the construction of the laboratory not only enhances the teaching value of frontline data in industrial production but also enriches the practical connotation of school-enterprise linkage and industry-university research cooperation.
