工業(yè)智能化背景下高校虛擬智慧實驗室的構(gòu)建

——以安徽理工大學為例

摘要：通過探索校企深度合作機制，基于渦北選煤廠等工礦企業(yè)一線數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建虛擬智慧實驗室，實現(xiàn)對煤炭分選流程的場景模擬、對分選設備運維問題的智能識別以及對煤炭分選效果的優(yōu)化。實踐證明，實驗室的構(gòu)建不僅提升了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)一線數(shù)據(jù)的教學價值，還豐富了校企聯(lián)動和產(chǎn)學研合作的實踐內(nèi)涵。

Construction of Virtual Smart Laboratories In UniversitiesUnder the Background of Industrial Intelligence

Abstract：Through exploring the mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises，a virtual smart laboratory based on the frontline data of industrial and mining enterprises such as the Guo Bei Coal Preparation Plant has been constructed.This laboratory achieves scene simulation of coal sorting process，intelligent identification of operation and maintenance issues of sorting equipment，and optimization of coal sorting effects.Practice has proven that the construction of the laboratory not only enhances the teaching value of frontline data in industrial production but also enriches the practical connotation of school-enterprise linkage and industry-university research cooperation.
