摘要：高?；鶎狱h建作為黨的基層組織建設(shè)的重要組成部分，其提質(zhì)增效已成為黨建工作的重要課題。文章在探索當(dāng)前高校基層黨建存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了具有針對性的解決策略?？傊咝；鶎狱h建提質(zhì)增效要注重實(shí)效性、針對性和創(chuàng)新性，不斷適應(yīng)新形勢新任務(wù)新要求，為推動高等教育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供堅強(qiáng)的政治保證。

Exploring the Path of Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Grassroots Party Building in Universities

Abstract：Grassroots party building is an important component of the construction of grassroots Party organizations，therefore，improving the quality and efficiency of grassroots party building in universities has become an important issue in party building work.On the basis of exploring the current problems in grassroots party building in universities，the article proposes targeted solutions.Inshort，improving the quality and efficiency of grassroots party building in universities should focus on practicality，pertinence，andinnovation，meanwhile，we should continuously adapt to new situations，tasks，andrequirements，and provide strong political guarantees for promoting the he-althy development of higher education.
