【Abstract】Currently，the reform of the medical and health system is at a pivotal stage，with high-quality development emergingas the primary focus for public hospitals.This paper examines thechallenges faced by oncology-specialized hospitals in achieving high-quality growthamid DRG payment reform.It discusses various aspects such as enhancing cost management，refining grouping criteria，and improving medical record management practices.Theaim is toofer empirical insights thatcouldaidin advancing the high-qualitydevelopmentofoncologyfocused institutionsand boosting their competitive edge.
