【Abstract】Objective To analyze and study the expression levels of complement 3(C3),complement 4(C4), and cytokines IL-17and IL-22 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). MethodsThe study subjects were80 SLE patients who visitedour hospital from March 2O22 to March 2O24.Inaddition,8O healthy individuals who underwent health examinations atour hospital during the same period were selectedas the control group.All subjects underwent C3,C4,andcytokine IL-17,IL-22 testing upon admisson.The levels of various indicators were compared between SLE patients in theactiveand remission stagesand thecontrol group.ResultsThe levels of cytokines IL-17and IL-22 in active and remision phases of SLE patients were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of related indicators in active phase were higher than those in remission phase ( P <0.05); The levels of C3 and C4 in active and remission phases of SLE patients were lower than those in thecontrol group,and the levels of related indicators in the active phase were lower than those in the remission phase ( P <0.05). The levels of cytokines IL-17 and IL-22 in SLE patients were positively correlated with SLEDAI scores ( r= 0.525,0.483, P< (204 0.05),and negatively correlated with C3 and C4 levels ( r=. -0.487,-0.254,P<0.05).Conclusion C3 and C4,as well as cytokines IL-17and IL-22,exhibitabnormal expresson levels inSLEpatientsandcanserveasimportant indicators for disease diagnosis and monitoring.

系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(systemic lupuserythematosus,SLE)是常見(jiàn)的一類自身免疫病,病情相對(duì)復(fù)雜,發(fā)病率較高,目前尚未完全明確其具體的發(fā)病機(jī)制,多認(rèn)為與集體免疫系統(tǒng)被異常激活,攻擊自身組織引發(fā),另外也可能與遺傳、環(huán)境及雌激素等因素相關(guān)[1]。(剩余5823字)
