【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between urinary microalbumin/creatinine (UACR), apolipoprotein B (apo-B)/apolipoproteinA(apo-A)and thedegreeof renalfunction injuryin type2diabetes melitus patients.MethodsA total of 66 patients with type2 diabetes melitus renal injury admited toour hospital from December 2O21 to April 2O24 were retrospectivelyanalyzed.The clinical dataof patients were colected by consulting theelectronic medical record filesof patients,hospital information system andonline/ofline follow-up. The baselinedata,degreeof renal function injury,UACR levelandapo-B/apo-Alevel of theabove subjects were collected.And to evaluate the corelation between the degree of renal function injuryand the above parameters in type 2diabetes melitus patients.Results The statistical results showedthat there were 23 patients with mild renal functioninjury,3O patientswith moderaterenalfunction injury,and13 patients withsevererenal functioninjury. The comparison results showed that there was no significant difference inthe baseline data of the three groups of diabetic patients ( P >0.05).The levels of UACR and apo-B/apo-A in patients with moderate renal impairment were significantlyhigher thanthosein patients withmildrenalimpairment.At thesametime,thelevelsof UACRand apoB/apo-A in thesevere renal injury group were significantly higherthanthoseinthe mild renal injury group and the moderaterenal injury group.The differenceswere statistically significant ( P <0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that there was a close correlation between UACR level and apo-B/apo-A leveland the severityof renal function injury ( P <0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between the levels of UACR,apo-B/apo-A and thedegre of renal damage in type2diabetes melitus patients.Theabove indicatorscan indirectly evaluate the degree of renal damage,which has a high reference value.
