Abstract：Cottonfabricwasdyedbyleucoimmersiondyeingwitholivegrenandsandbrown，thereducedbio-baseddyes，and theliftingpropertiesofthedyes werediscussed.Theeffectsoffourfactors，namelythemassconcentrationofreducingagentZ， themassconcentrationofsodiumhydroxide，dyeingtemperatureanddyeing time，onthereductionpotentialandK/Svaluewere analyzed.Thedyeingprocesswasoptimizedbyorthogonaltest.Therubbingfastnessandsoapingfastnessofdyedfabricwere tested.The results showed thatthe optimized processconditions ofthe two dyes were as follows：dyeing with 5% dye concentration （omf），reducing agent Z11g/L ，sodium hydroxide 10g/L ，dyeing temperature 75°C ，and dyeing time 40min .The soaping and rubbing fastness of the fabric are up to 4 and above，and the fastness is excellent.

生物基染料通常采用農(nóng)業(yè)或草藥行業(yè)的天然廢料，經(jīng)過微生物精密發(fā)酵技術(shù)后制成，生物基染料的結(jié)構(gòu)有多種，多以類胡蘿卜素、α-萘醌、蔥醌、花色素、靛藍(lán)類色素為主，從應(yīng)用類型看，多類似于酸性類染料、直接染料、分散染料和還原染料等[1-3]。（剩余3965字）
