Abstract:In order to improve the utilization eficiency of new energy,a new energysupply chain scheduling optimization model was constructed withthe lowest total operating cost as the objective function and energy balance and output power as constraints.Then,the model was solved by using the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm introducing chaos strategy,and the scheduling optimization of the new energy supplychain was realized. The simulation results showed that the proposed dispatching optimization model could formulate a reasonable new energysupply plan,and efectively reduce the total operating cost when thecombined heat and power microgrid is operated independently and connected to the grid.Compared with theconventional scheduling optimization model, the proposed model has lower total operating cost,certain reliability and superiority,and provides a reference for improving the utilization rate of new energy.
