Abstract:The performance of several commonlyused single-phase immersion coolants was compared,and the effects of coolant inletflowrate and heating power on the effect of colant-coled electronic component substrates were analyzed.The test results showed that among several commonly used single-phase immersion coolants,the electronic fluorinated fluidFC-3283had the best cooling efecton the substrate,and the mineral oil hadthe worstcoling effect.Under the conditions of 200W heating power and O.O5 m/s inlet flow rate,the maximum temperature of the cooled substrate of mineral oil was ,thestandard temperature difference was 3.8 C ,andtherelative thermal resistancecoeffcient was about 2.98,while the maximum temperatureof thecooled substrate of electronic fluorinated liquid FC -3283 was about ,the standard temperature difference was about 1.9 C ,and the relative thermal resistance coefficient was about 1.58.When the thermal power was 400W andthe inlet flow rate was 0.05m/s ,the maximum temperature of the mineral oil-cooled substrate exceeded ,and the cooling effect did not meet thecooling requirements of electronic components.The maximum temperature of the substrate coled by the electronic fluorinated fluid FC -3283 was about 62.3degreeC ,which shows good cooling performance and meets the cooling requirements of electronic components.
