Abstract:In viewof thelowsuccessrateof the previous personalizedpower customerservice informationrecommendation methods,a personalized powercustomer service information recommendation method based on businessdata analysis was designed.According tothetypeofpower customerinformation,itwas divided intotextdataandscenedata,andthe power customerdata wasobtainedand preprocessedbycalculating thesimilaritybetweenthedata information.Withthesupport of businessdataanalysis,theabove-mentionedobtaineddata was extractedbyfeatures,andthenthevaluablefeaturedata wasscreened out,the characteristic data was fused,the prediction function of power customer demand was calculated by using the fused feature data,and theappropriate power customer service recommendation method wasselected in combinationwith the portraitof powercustomers,soas tocarryoutservicerecommendationthatmets the needsof power customers.In the experimental test,compared with the previousrecommendation methods,theservicerecommendationsuccess rateof the personalized power customer service information recommendation method based on businessdata analysis was as high as 97.8% :
