Abstract：Inordertoimprovetheproductioneficiencyandeduceproductioncostsofefierflngforpulpinginenterprises，thisstudy proposedastackedcastigprocssbasedonthsglecastiproc.Teforingndsolidificationprocessofglecastigandstacked castingrefinerfilingseresiulatedusingSolidworkmodelingsoftwareandAnycastingsiulationsoftare.Temodeistruntanaly sistechnologieseresedtoompaeandotietheastingrefirfilinginothsiulationandxperentalaspctshultsidicatedthattherefnerfilingscouldbesmoohlfiledadsolidifedunderbothstackedcastingdsinglecastingprocssduringteasting simulationproce.Teplicatiooftackedastigprocsoulduceteotofatedndndolstlndimpeoduc tioneficienyWilemintaingufomatrirucestackedeerfillngproduedoest-liori-sadMCbdes andamallamoutofcyclicoxide，alumina，andsulfideinclusions，hichadcertainipactonthepeformane.Asarsult，theaver agehardnessfrothetiptoterootoftetothofstackedcastingrefnerfillngwas32.8HRC，whiletheaveragehardnessoftesingle casting refiner filling was 45. 0 HRC.
