Abstract:Thefiber(S-HK,S-PHK-R30,-HK-R50)morpholoicalsructureofthesoftwoodpre-hydrolysisraftpulpwasregulatedbyusingfibefractioaionTeifueneoffiberszedestuctuefdisovingpulpibsontheswellngdisolutioeaviod logicalpropertisicellos-NO-watersolutionsuderteLyocellprocesasinvestigatedTersultssowedthatomparedwith S-PHK-R30,the average length of S-PHK-R50 decreased by 50. 4% ,and the specific surface area increased by 123.6% . This resulted in a about 10O percentage points increase in NMMO absorption value and a 25min reduction in dissolution time when the dissolving pulp was swolleninamassratioof 70% NMMO solution for2O min. Thesmall fiber size and high specific surface area were beneficial for promoting thepenetration of aqueous NMMO solution inside the pulp fibers, therebyachieving abetter swelling effect and reducing the required dissolution time.In addition,the fibermorphological structure between fiber fractions of dissolving pulp significantly affected the steady-staterheological properties ofcellulose-NMMO-watersolutions 《中國(guó)造紙》2025年第44卷第8期
